POWER LAB 2.0
I made Power Lab 2.0 for someone a lot like myself.
Someone who has a heart for the gym. You have some mad respect for fitness because you've seen what it can do for you. You thoroughly enjoy training and see the incomparable value of having it in your life. You want your time allotted to the gym to be the absolute best it can be. You've got some experience. You may have done some training on your own, Crossfit, or some other programs. You're at the spot where you don't want a personal trainer because well, you don't need one. You also just aren't vibing with the class setting with where you're currently at in life. And yeah, you could prob whip up your own workouts. But...that's just not cutting it for you. You're independent enough to work out on your own. You just don't want to figure it out completely on your own. If that's you...Well, Power Lab 2.0 was made just for you.

Is this for me?
You don't need a custom program or one on one coach
You want a legitimate program to follow
You value knowledge and enjoy the process
You're motivated when you want to be but haven't been as consistent as you'd like
You value the role of the coach and like having that go-to person throughout your fitness journey
You're into fitness for the long run, not overnight results
You work out to be functional, strong, and to be a bad-ass human.
Yeah, gains are a plus but it's not your number one focus.
You're all about not wasting time and being as efficient as possible in the gym
